Products & Services Offered by this Site:

We allow participants to get thier tickets and make thier registration on this website, and they can also pay the participation fees online.

Return Policy:

Participants are not allowed to return thier tickets or get a refund for not participating in the race for any circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery:

All participants will be responsible of getting tickets, chip, and goody bag from the village Expo or the Amman International Marathon in Shmeisani - Amman. Amman international Marathon will not ship any of those to the participants.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the Service. It is understood that upon submission of the registration form, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If Customer does not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, Customer may not access or use this Service. Amman International Marathon may at anytime modify these terms and conditions, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting them of.

Use of the Service

Customer understands that in case of conflict or inconsistencies between the on-line payment and the monthly bill received by Customer through mail or courier service, the latter shall prevail. If Customer online credit card payment has not been successfully executed resulting to a dispute with Customer's credit card company, Customer hereby authorizes Amman International Marathon to charge back to Customer's account the unpaid bill. Amman International Marathon does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the Service. Amman International Marathon shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such transaction. It is solely Customer's responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information Customer needs to provide through the Service or on the Internet generally. Amman International Marathon does not warrant that the Service will be available at all times; therefore the Service and any software made available on the Service are provided on an "as is, as available" basis. Amman International Marathon is not responsible for any wrong payment entry and the payment will be uploaded to the customer's account and it will not be refundable at all.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Amman International Marathon, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation or breach of these terms and conditions by Customer. Notwithstanding the following, Customer hold Amman International Marathon free and harmless from suit or action arising from improper use of data, unauthorized intrusion into the site, unlawful exposure of data and misuse of credit card.

Member Conduct

As a condition of Customer use of the Service, Customer warrants to Amman International Marathon that Customer will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
